First Cycle Advice and Tips, Deca?

Hey there, I am 24 5’11 and 145lbs I’ve been working out consistently for years and wanting to start taking my fitness to the next level. Eventually getting into some Men’s physique shows. I was considering using Deca as my first cycle. Please give any tips such as stacking, the length of how long the cycle should be, PCT, and any other additional information that could be useful.

My dude, if you are 145lbs at 5’11 after consistently working out for years, the way you take your fitness to the next level is with some ribeyes: not deca.

Agree with previous comment 200%.

Gain at least up to 190-200, then we can talk.

First off, you won’t find Deca Durabolon. Only newbs call Nandrolone “deca”. Second, no it’s not a great first user drug not something to be run solo if you can help it.

You must be ripped. I’d like to see a pic.

Doing what, jazzercise?

Get off your ballerina diet and eat like you’re trying to be an adult-sized adult.

You have good genetics, but average female probably couldnt fit in your clothes. You are TINY.
The muscles look good, the genetics are elite, id say. But you can be twice the size natural. Use it. Most of us dont have it.

Look at the progress you’ve made in only 2 years. This is still a short time, period for lifting. Give it a couple more and compete naturally in tested shows. You have a great physique for lean gains. It will be harder to put on mass but what have you tried thus far? Has it slowed down? Calories and macros please.

Nice look so early into training.

5’ 11" most likely has long skinny legs. You best prioritize legs. That in itself will boost a systemic anabolic response.

Do you have a pic of your legs?

I think folks that have legs they want you to see, tend to include them in pictures

Valid question, these were my thoughts as well.

well to get to the point i am know I dirty bulked but I always felt like shit, so I tried eating more balanced but now the problem is I kind of reached a standstill with my progress. I’ve been trying to switch my meal plan see if I can still make some more progress, but nothing seems to be budging. currently my calories are at 3500 they were 6000 on my dirty bulk before but I slowly started cutting back over the years, so I don’t feel like shit. My macros are 394c 97f and 263p.

I don’t have a pic of my legs actually but I would say they’re pretty propionate with my body, but calves could use the most work my quads are the biggest part. Overall though i think my entire body could use some more muscle mass.

Let’s talk about your strength. How much weight can you do 5 reps?

  • Bench Press
  • Squat
  • Deadlift

Not alot tbh , i usually use alternatives to those exercises but i really do want to try and build more strength with them.

You have an amazing physique/genetic frame to build on. I know it’s been tough for you to grow bc you feel like shit (as you said above) but man, find a caloric surplus that works for you. Instead of 6,000cals try 3,500-4,000. At your size, if you’re lifting appropriately, those numbers should put on plenty of weight over time.

In a years time you could look like a different human, without even using anabolics. Fight the urge to dive into them right now. You will be grateful in the long run.

Ps gains are never linear. So don’t be discouraged if your weight or lifts don’t jump up every single week. Keep grinding-results will come.

Why not testosterone as a first cycle?

I was going to pair with both. I read that pair the both of them for about 8 weeks would be more beneficial then just doing Deca .

Absolutely no AAS yet.

3+ more years of training and eating the correct - insane - amount of food/protein.

IF you get through this stage, then 100% test alone is used first cycle. And come off it without any other drugs to learn what happens to your mind and your data (aka your blood).
