This was my first powerlifting meet. For squats I went 150-160-170, for Bench I went 115-117.5-125 and for the deadlift I went 202.5-212.5-220 with 3 whites on all attempts expect for a forgotten command on my first bench.

Thank you, I had planned to total 525 kg, haha. I weigh 103 kg (about 228 lbs.) and have been lifting for about a year a half, just turned 18.
