Okay so, I’ve been out for a couple months due to surgery, and pretty much cleared to go ape shit in the gym and finally decided to do the Western Canadian Nationals in July.
I have about 3 months to prepare and figured get some help on here.
I’m around 148lbs right now but I plan to compete at the 132lbs weight class, so I’m gonna drop down to that weight.
Stats before surgery(November): DL, 300, Squat 215, Bench 165. I never attempted any serious bench numbers due to my arm being fractured a few years ago, and it literally looks like a snake with the bone not healing straight.
So, if you guys can offer any general advice, that would be awesome! Thanks.
