Feeding Times

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to get some advice on a good feeding schedule. I work the late tour at my job (11pm to 7am)and I have found it kind of hard to follow a decent schedule. My meal breaks are between 2am and 5am, my shift ends at 7am. I get home around 7:30 and then sleep until about 2pm.How can I fit 5 to 6 meals or even 3 meals into my day. I was always told it was bad to go to bed on a full stomach. Any help would be great.

It depends on what you eat as your last meal for you to say going to bed on an empty stomach is bad. If you eat light and have a small meal (around 300 calories) of protein and some fat, then its not a bad thing

Eat ASAP from waking, eat every 2-3 hrs after that. Same for everyone no matter what shift you work.

Like said, you might want to manipulate your last meal some if you’re looking for fat loss.

im looking to cut fat and my pre bed meal is usually 2tbstp of natural peanut butter and a cup of cottage cheese, it totals 34 grams of protein and 16 grams of fat. Does that look alright?
