I know gear is exciting to get into but you could likely get a lot more sustainable gains (meaning it will remain for the longer term) if you experiment with diet and training techniques or even hire a GOOD trainer to help out. Gear isn’t always the answer.

I haven’t been posting as often but I have significantly decreased my training volume and increased my calories tremendously. Also, I started running Arimidex at .5 mg/day last Friday (3 days after I began). I am going to begin using the website G.I posted to track my calories more specifically. My entire family is very thin, and I have attempted tweaking my diet and training to put on sufficient lean muscle mass multiple times. Every time I make a solid attempt and think I have everything dialed in I put on an undesirable amount of BF to my frame. It is tough for me to keep my gains while cutting even on a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. I would love to hire a GOOD trainer, but I think I have a whole community of trainers right here on T-Nation. I have learned more here from you guys than any of my past coaches, any nutritionist, friends that are college athletes, or trainer.

Easy on the adex. As long as you’re sure it’s good quality and dosed right you likely could start out at .25mg EOD. If that’s not enough try .5mg EOD.

You clearly don’t even understand the relationship between calorie consumption and bodymass. The fact that you think its even remotely possible not to lose mass while ‘cutting’ shows that you lack fundamentally basic knowledge about nutrition.
The joke about letrozole was because someone made a typo and wrote 500 GRAMS instead of milligrams. Someone familiar enough with these drugs would have been able to pick up on that. It’s not a big deal to miss a joke but the fact that you just blindly accepted the “advice” and bought or planned to buy letrozole without even questioning the advice raises even more flags.

But I think I was a little more receptive to the critiques than you were. If you sit back and read other posts on this forum, it is was too easy to see who knows what the f*ck they are talking about. It may appear as disrespect, but in reality it is your disrespect. Most of these guys are probably close to a decade of use and knowledge…if not far more. Respect the knowledge and the fact they even tried to help. Most of the time when a post like this shows up you would have received nothing but flaming.
