Diet: 3500-4500 calories. All clean eating 250g protein 225+ grams of carbs and 30g fat. 7 clean meals a day.
Training: 30 minute-hour cardio at 5 am and I follow Layne Norton’s Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training routine for my evening sessions.
I’ve never taken any steroid. My friend suggested oral Anadrol for 4-6 weeks with no PCT. Based on what I’ve read on these forums, that probably isn’t a great idea. I would prefer not to use needle until I get more comfortable with the use of them. I am definitely getting something. What should it be. My goal is to add 5+ lbs. Help me out here. Not looking for people telling me not to take anything. Just going for a 4-6 week on/off/on/off/on/off cycle probably.

Honestly, whether it’s what you want to hear or not, you are not ready. Keep researching as much as possible and only consider using AAS when you have decent knowledge and a clear goal(s).
My goal is to increase weight and size. I have went from 130 to 170 in about a year and even with good diet and training routines I am plateaued at 170 for well over 8 months.
I just incorporated the morning cardio about 3 weeks ago. So that’s not the problem. The problem has existed for a while. Even with little to no cardio.
Just need to know what is the best for a 2w on/ 2w off /2 on/ 2 off/ 2 on/ off. Not looking long term or large amounts. Just a booster. I understand it is not recommended. I understand that oral only isn’t recommended for first cycle. But which is the best choice of the orals for me if you were forced to pick?
You need to eat more. Taking stuff won’t make you any bigger if you don’t eat more. I don’t get why people think if they aren’t growing with what they are currently eating that anabolics are going to magically make them blow up.

Hell before I was eating clean I was up to around 6000 calories a day for 6 months at least. I weighed 170-173 the whole time, I was just puffier looking

Haha did you listen to your self. If you guys dont give the advice I WANT I am going to do something totally stupid to my self that will only harm me and have 0 effects on you guys. This is the exact reason you are getting the responses you are getting. You know jack shit and are not ready at all for the use of AAS. Take the advice given or take the Drol and shove every tab up your ass because we ( especially me ) could give two fucks. Good bye.
