Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis is just a fancy way of describing all the movement you do outside of exercise.
If it burns ANY calories, it counts as part of your NEAT.
Walking the dog, pacing on a conference call, cleaning the house, and dancing in the shower are all examples of NEAT.
So @throwawayfitness nailed it. If you have a long term build up of fat in the mid section you are likely going to have to get very lean to get rid of it. That might involve calorie restriction to the point of losing a small amount of mass. Your options are as he already stated. You can decrease calories and/or burn more calories. Keep the protein high as excess calories from protein don’t increase BF.

No but I keep loosing fat and graining muscle so I am still confident that they will be visible in the next 2 month’s
