First Cycle Running Test E, Dbol, and Equipoise

Excellent and inconvenient truth. For many of us that carried excess midsection fat in our early years the reality is it may never go away even after taking overall BF levels below 10%

There are a few options I can think of but even after going to 6% BF what I learned is that most of that last bit of fat was around my lower back. Extremely frustrating.

  1. Coolsculpting. Not without risk and havent tried it yet.
  2. Liposuction.
  3. Various creams that may have some limited efficacy.
  4. Death.

I will spare everyone the studies showing how once fat cells are there as a kid they never go away. That makes a strong case for 2 and maybe 1.

Bottom line: dont let your kids get fat in case they get interested in the twisted body dysmorphia and BB subculture later in life. Of course genes play a part in this too. Some people just have a very heterogeneous spatial distribution of subcutaneous BF.
