sounds to me like you are expecting way too much. 5 rep pr on incline is some good progress, how are your other lifts going?
I think I agree (^) you took your 1RM and turned it into sets in 4 weeks. That’s great gains. And your dick is clearly not just kickin a can around.
I think ( and this comes from perception not experience ) that your mindset on the whole thing throughout will affect how you feel as well. If you feel like you’re not getting much outof it, youll feel less pumped about the experience. Mindset can preset emotions/feelings very easily.
At the same time, it could be underdosed. Whos to really say without seeing your labs. Like I said im no expert, just talking out loud
I think I agree with what both of you are saying. I might just be expecting too much out of it. I just read about all of these people having libido shoot through the roof, and I really havent felt that yet. Although I must say, before I started I didnt really have a libido, so that could also be why. As far as progress in the gym I can definitely tell the difference.
On squats I have gone from doing 275 for 5 to 275 for 8-10 depending on how I feel that day. Leg press I have added 3 plates on each side (for a total of 8 on each side) for sets of 10. Shoulder press, before I was doing 185 for 3-4, now I am doing 6-8 with it. And deadlifts I dont do as often anymore, so I honestly havent made progress on that. My max on deadlifts was 495-500 before cycle, but since I only do them once a week now its back down to like 485.
So, over all my lifts are slowly increasing. Like i said, crazy pumps in the gym. I had skin tearing chest pumps last night, it almost was too much lol. The only thing I havent noticed huge changes in yet is libido, and aggression. I will continue to update you guys every week though until the end of my PCT.
Not feeling aggressive is a good thing. Lol! Everyone reacts differently. Its the same as alcohal or other drugs in that sense. Fucking four times in a day sounds like you got a good ol mahogany going to me

Update for everyone. End of week 5. Starting to notice a little bit of a difference. Libido is up some (enough to where I notice it now. Random erections throughout the day, and constantly wanting to have sex with my girl), and I am starting to break out a little bit (pimple here and there). I was sick the past few days, which kind of blows, so I havent been to the gym in a few days.
Aggression is starting to go up a little bit as well. I will be ordering blood work next week to see where my levels are at. I am still pinning 750mg a week. I will probably just do that for the remainder of the cycle since ive been doing it the whole time practically. I have an AI on hand but I havent been using it, I havent had any estrogen related sides, besides maybe a little bloat. I am going to get a few more vials of test and maybe extend my cycle a few weeks to try an get more out of this cycle.
I will be starting my HCG next week, and will run it through the remainder of my cycle. I will probably start taking my AI again next week since I will be starting the HCG. I still think my stuff is underdosed. Pinning 750mg a week I feel i should be seeing more. Blood work will definitely tell. Have no weighed myself in the past few weeks. When I do I will update you all with that along with my blood work results.

I was seriously just thinking about that like an hour ago lol. I killed my chest yesterday and I woke up today not sore at all…which is weird, because I was sore for two days last week after chest day. Im about to go hit shoulders and legs just because I feel like I can handle it. I normally dont do shoulders the day after chest, but I am not sore at all. Weird that you mentioned that, I was just thinking about that this morning
That’s awesome. Something I look forward to alot, I dunno if its my.body type or what, but when I workout im sore anywhere from 3-6 days. It can be a pain in the ass
Yeah, Thats not good lol. Do you do a cool down after you workout? Doing some type of cool down after a workout I think is very important, because it allows your body to get rid of that lactic acid that your muscle cells create during anaerobic activity (aka lifting weights). If you’re not doing some type of aerobic workout (cardio, HITT, etc) pyruvate, which is a by product of glycolysis (your body turning glycogen into ATP), turns into lactic acid, which is what causes DOMS. I usually play basketball or something after I workout just to get the blood and oxygen flowing into my muscles. I think it helps with recovery a lot.
Yea i agree with everything you are saying! Im a PT in a local gym here, ( im new to the industry not a seasoned trainer) but that stuff I do know! I do both warm up abd cool downs, yet still very soar in the days to come. DOMS to the max lol. Legs being the prime contender haha.

End of week 6. Definitely think things are starting to kick in now. Or have kicked in a guess I should say. Strength is up on lifts across the board. I weighed myself for the first time last night since starting the cycle and weighed in at just over 202. So 12lbs in six weeks is pretty good progress I think. Ive had several people tell me that my face looks fatter and my neck looks thicker, which is a weird compliment to get, but I guess its always good to hear people noticing lol.
Still another 6-10 weeks to go, depending on if I can get my hands on a few more vials or not. No real side effects to speak of besides some mild bloating throughout the day. A few pimples here and there. No aggression or anything like that really. Libido seems a little above normal, nothing crazy though. Testicles have not shrunk as much as I thought they would either. I ordered my blood work and will probably get it drawn on monday, and should have the results back by the middle of next week sometime. I still believe my gear is underdosed, but the results from the blood work will be able to tell for sure. I will post results when I receive them.
I have not taken my AI in a few weeks, as I have not felt the need to use it because I havent been experiencing any sides related to high estrogen besides some mild bloating. I did not start my HCG this week either. But I am mixing it tomorrow and will start it on monday at 500iu/wk.
I will acutally be starting my first cut in a few weeks as well. I have never done a cut before, and I would estimate my bf% to be somewhere in the 11-13% range right now. I have a general idea of how to cut, but we will see how it goes. I would like to end up around 180lbs when I finish cutting. Just higher reps, more cardio, and foods like complex carbs, chicken, vegetables and fruit, nuts etc. Thats about all I can think of to update with for now.
If I were you I would use this cycle and soley focus on packing on the mass, from your pics you are already fairly lean. But that’s just me, do what you want
