Hmm my weight loss seems to have halted. lovely.
Weight has started dropping again, turns out i need to be pretty fucking strict with my nutrition to lose the weight.
What kind of effect would extended my cycle to 16 weeks have? I’m dieting and have like 3 weeks left of my cyce and i dont wana be heavily dieting on cycle then carry on off cycle.
It’s my fist cycle so i don’t if a 16 week cycle is a good idea. Plus it would give me an extra month to drop some more weight.
it’s one of those situations where you just have to think about the potential sides vs the potential reward.
I personally wouldn’t because for a start I notice gains really start to slow down around the ten week mark anyway, but then I think of cycles’ success in terms of weight added. For dieting, it probably makes less of a difference.
the other thing to consider is that because it’s your first cycle you have no idea how you are going to cope with PCT yet, so it might be an idea to make things easy on yourself.
TBH you’d probably be fine, but these are the things you need to consider

Yeah i know what u mean, just worried that when i continue dieting after i come off ill just lose any gains i have made and the last 12 weeks would of been a waste.
Trying to keep size and while dieting during pct can be tough.
Yea thats my concern.
And im really not looking forward to doms. I can train balls to the wall at the moment and not feel a thing the next day.

Got a week and half left of the cycle, gains have slowed down a but but the strength is still there and so is the endurance.
I go to china on Monday for 9 days for business and i’ll end my cycle while i’m there. Kinda short notice but my hotels have gyms and i should be in there as much as i can. Got a lot of travelling while i’m there but hopefully i can make the best out of it.

your BP problem - which is potentially extremely dangerous particularly as you didn’t even know that you should have checked this before taking drugs - is HIGHLY likely to be linked to your weight
you started the cycle well in excess of 30% BF - this is very obese we are on a BB forum not a weightwatchers forum bro
you will have had high BP before you started and the drugs have made it even worse

I don’t think there’s any need to rethink anything, just get that diet cleaned up, get on a cut and fix it all.

but based on your pics, starting weight, height and strength you are kidding yourself
the pics on page 1 are easily 30%BF if not higher, to guess 20% is delusional
those pics are severely obese
as a comparison some college kid is posting in the supps forum at the mo - you both look very similar and everyone says he is around 35%BF
it looks like you should have started at around 180 not 235 so that is 55lbs of fat which is alot
if you are ever going to achieve your goals - drugs or not - at some point you will need to dramatically cut down on the amount of fat you are carrying
the first step in that is admitting that it is far higher than you are telling yourself it is
I’ve been on and off gear for years, never ever seen a doc once, except for the doc that gives me HRT 250 EOW, and he has never sent me for blood work once, just asumed my test was low because of other meds I am on. I have always just gone by how I felt or looked, this form is a huge eye opener, should be manditory reading for all. Awesome
not to hyjack the thread but MrWalkaway I was wondering your thoughts on the fact that I gave up on big cycles a couple years ago, and just doubled my HRT running 250 a week steady, it makes me feel awesome at 40, I don’t grow much, but my strength and size are easily held. I used to blast and cruise dropping back to 250 EOW between cycles, but it got to be to much trouble, and now I don’t have to worry about AI, anyway just wondering your thoughts.
To anyone reading, due completely to this thread, I will be going in to have full physical and blood work, mabey I 'll post it somwhere, awesome thread
