Halfway through week 7 and the test is pretty much flowing fruitfully now. My quads, traps, shoulders and lats have seen the most growth by far, although when i’m pumped post workout i dont recognise myself. . My strength is up although i’m not really testing it at the moment and my workouts are focused on hypertrophy.
My main issue at the moment is staying to my diet. Always been my weakness and i hate myself for it.
What i’ve noticed since i started taking test is that the hype is much bigger than the actual effect.
My main benefits have been in recovery (pretty much instant) and endurance, dont seemed to get gassed that easy anymore which is good.
As when i started my bf was quite high its hard to say i’ve gained x amount of muscle i have noticed some changes but its hard to see. Once i shed the fat i’ll be able to better evaluate.
As for side effects, my nuts are still here, started to get little bit of back acne but nothing major and i’ve also noticed my skin on my face has started to get a little bit oilier than normal. But apart from that im fine.

couple things…
it’s much easier to gain lean mass when you’re not fat
just because you feel “fine”, doesnt mean you are… my buddy felt “fine” right before a hepatic adenoma (that he had no clue existed) blew up and he needed to be rushed to the ER

yo walkway, how long would you recommend between cycles? i know you are on straight, but if not?
standard is time on = time off
however, blood work will tell you what’s what… because everyone recovers differently. id get blood work 4-6 weeks after pct is over and then decide from there based on the results
i just decided to stay on because i felt that it’s actually healthier than having my hormones spike and then disappear during pct… and i got tired of losing gains… also ancillary drugs aren’t particularly healthy for u.

Maybe add var in your last 4 weeks?
anavar is a gay steroid
the only reason i use it is cuz i get it for free, but it’s still gay
Anavar in general seems pretty popular oral to add to a cycle. It is expensive however…
Why the hate?
because anavar has a great reputation that it doesnt deserve… it’s way too expensive to run it at an effective dose, and it wreaks absolute havoc on your lipids even though it’s considered “safe”
