First Cycle! Here Goes Nothing

So it was my wedding anniversary this weekend stayed at a hotel with the wife. Just the one night. Needless the diet well wasnt really a diet to be honest.

However for the next 7 and a half weeks i have no pre planned activities or anything that me throw me off course

I ate a hell of lat less calories yesterday then i have done the first 4 weeks of my cucle so im not worried about gaining weight.

next weigh in will be wednesday.

Its called fitday.com you can create your own foods if they are not in their database, so i added the protein bar i sometimes use, the whey i use etc. Makes it even more accurate.

Weighed this morning at 249lbs. Lost 10 lbs in 5 days which is slightly worrying and that was with 2 cheat days!

Maybe its the come down from the D-Bol. Mainly bloat etc I hope so anyway.

Guna keep what im doing for the next 10 days or so so i would have been dieting for 14 days then. Will keep an eye on my weight loss.

Just a quick question what happens when i hit the weight i started the cycle at?

When i do i hope i look a lo different than when i started!

Weight loss has started to slow which im kinda happy about. Weighed in at

247.2 this morning. Injections are routine now, no pain really just part of everyday life.

Workouts are going well and im keeping my nutrition in check. All is good. Although been on low crb for over a week and feel a bit flat and deflated but i guess that normal!

Wednesday marks the start of my 7th week and im increasing my dose of TEST E to 750mg a week from this week.

250mg sun pm, tues pm, friday am.

lower sodium intake if it’s high, cut dairy, make sure ur getting enough potassium, do cardio, taurine, spirulina

if all else fails get an ace inhibitor… BP is arguably the most damaging part of steroid usage

Thanks dude for the info, already cut dairy when i started dieting, try to keep added salt to minimum on my food aswell.

Time to add in the cardio as well. Thanks for the advice. Will try and get it checked this week.

Guna take some progress pics in about 2 weeks after ive been dieting for a month or so.

More of a strength update than a weight update.

Not tested my deadlift about 6 months or more, haven’t really done it either for the last few months.

Deadlifted today, crushed my old PR (508lbs) easily, i loaded 540lbs onto the bar and destroyed it. Boom.

Finished my cycle last wednesday. TBH didnt notice that much with it. I can definitely feel it working, warm all the time shaky hands etc. The cramps go after a few days.

Guna run it again next week and see how it goes.

cool, I know some people that have ran it and it’s made them feel awful. Would you say that in general your are quite sensitive to stimulants or not?

Honestly it didnt mke me feel bad, caffeine doesn’t affect me that much and i handle eca pretty well as well.

I take the whole does upon waking as well.
