I suck at dieting, mainly due to will power being shit. For the last few years i’ve been trying diet and the cal deficit has always hindered my progress, so i though fuck it lets fuel the training and see what happens. As they say… YOLO

Here in Egypt every compound i listed is available over the counter, totally legal and cheap as hell. Just walk into any pharmacy and pick up what u want. Even shit like xanex is over the counter.

As for my plan, ye i wana try n recomp on this cycle, was planning to diet down for the last 4 weeks , but thinking to start dropping the cals off from next week, clean up the diet, start cardio and see where i get from there. [/quote]

are you worried at all that you have self confessed poor will power and are now embarking on taking a short cut with drugs and that these may quickly become a crutch?

i understand the yolo approach but if you have trained for years and never been below 20% BF or built much of a physique in all of that time then i would suggest caution with taking drugs.

taking drugs to get big and then taking cutting drugs to get lean just seems like a cavalier approach.

taking these drugs with such poor insulin sensitivity seems a bit silly also.

dont take this as an insult it is meant to help i see little point in another high 5 post

Yea i like getting people’s perspectives and stuff always good to hear opinions.

I forgot to mention not just my will power i had an estrogen problem as well which i believe was hindering my weightloss.

As for a crutch, nah i don’t think so. I plan on running this cycle and seeing where i get. I’ll continue to control my estrogen after i finish my PCT.

Also i am finding that running something so concrete and regimental as cycle means my training is on point, and so is my diet. This is because i know i cant just quit the cycle so i don’t have a choice but to stay on track, its quite a good motivator.

Could i of lost weight by controlling my hormoes and sticking to a diet? Hell yeah i could.

But just thought i’d give a cycle a wirl and try to recomp, lose some body fat with the added benefit of being on AAS - Recover is awesome, training focus etc madness. [/quote]

Can you give any examples of how much your strength has increased so far?

Have you changed your training at all? frequency/volume etc?

Ive not actually pushed for ant prs, but weights that used to be a good heavy set are starting to become quote easy now. Its quite strange, things just feel lighter when i pick them up.

Im still getting horrific back pumps from the d-bol and this has effected my training quite a bit actually.

As for volume ive increased the numbe ror work sets im doing and also the freq, 4 day split over 6 days so 2 of the 4 get hit twice a week, then it cycles through. Its earlier in my log.

Definitely not, im normally 3 meals a day, with the odd bit of fruit in between if i feel i need something. Not into force feeding myself every few hours and i don’t believe that it needs to be done. Its much easier for me to crush 2000 cals in one go rather than 700 every few hours.

Weighed in at 255lbs this morning, feel like i’ve hit my upper limit on weight, to gain more i think id really have to increase the cals quite a lot. Although saying that the test hasn’t really kicked in yet fully so i’m interested in whats guna happen actually especially on week 7 when i increase to 750mg/week.

No idea how much muscle i’ve gained pretty hard to say really. Will be 4 weeks this coming wednesday

Oh i forgot to mention, i stopped taking d-bol 2 days ago. I was planning to stop on tuesday anyway. The back pumps were too much and when i worked out today i felt a lot better, so back pain and i could train like i used to.

Looking forward to the coming weeks, especially when i up the dose to 750!

All those years i wasted cash on HMB, Glutamine, Creatine, Whey etc when this stuff was right there.

I’ve not had a single protein shake since i started this, started to cut on wednesday so guna gt some whey for then. Looking forward to big things!


Starting to cut from 2moro, adding in clen to my stack. This is the food i will be eating. Cardio everyday for the next 8 weeks, increasing every week or when weight loss stalls. After the first 2 weeks i plan on increasing the test e dose to 750mg/week. Here goes nothing

Only got it there as i train at 9am, and i hate eating in the morning, its guna be mixed with BCAA and im guna sip it through my workout, the apple is also pre workout.

Kinda making my own intra workout drink.

so the diet began today and all is going to plan so far, just had my workout and preped my meals last night for today.

Weighed in at 259.1lbs this morning.

God point ive used ECA before n i felt like i got used to it a little and don’t feel it anymore.

I’m a bit anal with weighing myself, always been the same on a diet. Lost 6 lbs over night.

Obviously because i’m not stuffing my face anymore! Also the low carb approach will obviously mean dropping water/glycogen etc.

Hopefully the test/clean and protein plus heavy lifting will make sure im dropping as little muscle as possible.

The weight loss continues… hmm weird, when you’re this big its surprising what u can eat and still lose weight.

i tried on some jeans today that i could just get into when i was 230lbs… now i’m 250 and they are looser.
