I suck at dieting, mainly due to will power being shit. For the last few years i’ve been trying diet and the cal deficit has always hindered my progress, so i though fuck it lets fuel the training and see what happens. As they say… YOLO
Here in Egypt every compound i listed is available over the counter, totally legal and cheap as hell. Just walk into any pharmacy and pick up what u want. Even shit like xanex is over the counter.
As for my plan, ye i wana try n recomp on this cycle, was planning to diet down for the last 4 weeks , but thinking to start dropping the cals off from next week, clean up the diet, start cardio and see where i get from there. [/quote]

are you worried at all that you have self confessed poor will power and are now embarking on taking a short cut with drugs and that these may quickly become a crutch?
i understand the yolo approach but if you have trained for years and never been below 20% BF or built much of a physique in all of that time then i would suggest caution with taking drugs.
taking drugs to get big and then taking cutting drugs to get lean just seems like a cavalier approach.
taking these drugs with such poor insulin sensitivity seems a bit silly also.

Yea i like getting people’s perspectives and stuff always good to hear opinions.
I forgot to mention not just my will power i had an estrogen problem as well which i believe was hindering my weightloss.
As for a crutch, nah i don’t think so. I plan on running this cycle and seeing where i get. I’ll continue to control my estrogen after i finish my PCT.
Also i am finding that running something so concrete and regimental as cycle means my training is on point, and so is my diet. This is because i know i cant just quit the cycle so i don’t have a choice but to stay on track, its quite a good motivator.
Could i of lost weight by controlling my hormoes and sticking to a diet? Hell yeah i could.
But just thought i’d give a cycle a wirl and try to recomp, lose some body fat with the added benefit of being on AAS - Recover is awesome, training focus etc madness. [/quote]
