You’re not there yet. Keep working at it. But I cannot see how you could justify steroids at your age and current level of development.

If acquiring gear was still a closed circle sort of arrangement like it was back in the day, you would have less 16/17 year olds fucking themselves up.

I am not going to comment on your cycle, or not cycle, whatever you go with. I’m going to give you advice that you can take or leave. If you are serious, the best thing that you can do is start training wherever the biggest guys are. Go where everyone is bigger and badder than you. Pay attention and ask them questions. Don’t do exactly what they do, but learn from it and be open to try some of their training ideas. Be a small fish in a big pond until there are no fish bigger than you anywhere anymore. That will get you further than anything else.

Good clarification. I didn’t mean to say that roids become safer the older the user. Was just trying to get the point across that they can and will cause problems no matter age.
