These are my exact macro ratios too lol. I’m not super opposed to doing Keto, but I just don’t think it’s a necessity really. I mean any diet will work as long as you are in a deficit, but going Keto just removes too much from performance ability, sleep, and anabolic potential IMO. Unless the person is diabetic or has a known insulin insensitivity, Keto seems pretty pointless. Still, it works great for certain people - and I commend them for sticking to it!
