First Cycle. 24 Yrs Old, 6'1", 176lbs/80kg, Bulking for Muay Thai

No roasting from me, but if I were you I would’nt worry about abs at your size, I’d worry about muscle. Esp when contemplating a cycle

I was just giving you a “light roast” since you basically said fire away. :joy:

Could you hold a shoe for reference?

In this scenario, a bit of skill would go a long ways for the bigger fighter. Understanding the chokes and bars, and a little practice. Skill goes a long way, but size helps a lot too. Maybe the 200 lb plus in shape guy needs a little experience to win, but he could have a fairly large deficit in skill and win if he just got his noob fighting gains.

It takes like six months to be “barely proficient”

BJJ also has open weight comps where smaller dudes frequently wipe out bigger guys and vice versa

For reference… no… size doesn’t matter quite as much as you might think

And this was kickboxing rules, little guy didn’t even use elbows
