looking great evan. the vein running up your left bi and into your shoulder on that front lat spread is gnarly… so awesome.
You’re rear double bi is sick. You’ve got some cannon ball delts
Rear lat spread is looking sickkkkkk! Rear double bi your width/thickness and especially delts remind me of Jeff Rodriguez. Quads are looking better and better and seem to have retained 100% of their thickness and everything just looks nicely proportioned. It’s damn hard to have a chest that can look good in a front lat spread, but you managed it
Awesome.
Every time I check your pics I just can’t get over how beastly your damn quads are bro -lol. Posing looks like it’s getting a little more natural for you as well. Good stuff.

Haha, thanks Greg. I’ve really been hammering front/rear delts hard the past 4-6 months and have brought them from being an average to one of my better bodyparts.

Really appreciate the comparison to Jrod…but he’s on a whole other level : ).
Quads should start looking freaky in the next 4 weeks when I get them super lean. Very excited.

Haha thanks Stu. Posing is getting a lot more natural, been trying to learn as much as possible and practice everyday.

I wish I could put up my posing tuition vid with Zack.

I bet you’ve learnt quite a lot of interesting tips from him! I believe I caught a glimpse of him around a month ago driving in sheffield. . . white, newish BMW. Fairly sure it was him cause the dude was massive. I know what you mean now about he has to be seen to be believed!

Ebomb:
When those quads are shredded it’s game time. Great size and conditioning for your first show. Can you tell us if you’ve already got plans ready for what you want to do after this first show? [Unless it’s already been stated and I’ve missed/forgotten!]

My plans for after the show are to go right into an offseason type mode where my major goal is to bring up my weak parts while also breaking through some strength plateaus that I have my eye on.
I would like to slowly get back to around 230-240, leaner than I was before at that weight and bring up my arms and upper body in general more to match my legs.
Some major lifting goals are the following:
675 Deadlift
500 x 8-10 back squat
405 x 5 front squat
405 bench press
315 x 5-8 incline press
275 x 5 seated overhead press
Ultimately, it breaks down to me wanting to just push my strength and size to the next level.

Very impressive. You’ll dominate.
See if you can work on that grimace. That’s one thing I still haven’t solved in my posing.

Haha, ya the grimace is going to be tough to get a grip on, but I’m working on it!

Yeah, that’s him ![]()
Evan, you look great! Those quads are really standout bodyparts for you.
Rock on!

Thanks BBB. Quads have always been a strong point, and training more like a bodybuilder in the past year or so has really brought them up more.

Thanks bro, appreciate the encouragement!
Allright guys, I haven’t updated in two weeks, but here is some recent news/pics/stuff/life.
I have started back up at school for the fall semester and things are pretty hectic right now. I have this show October 29th, take the LSATs October 1st, am on a variety of committees, and juggling classes/work as well. Senior fall is busy, but it hasn’t hindered my prep at all, just made it more efficient : ).
My bodyweight right now is just around 201 and I am feeling great still strength wise/size wise. I’d say we still have about 10 lb to lose till I hit the condition necessary to win, but I’m on the right track.
Some recent lifts that I hit this week include 605 x 1 deadlift (3xBW), 280 x 5 incline bench press, and a 405 x 13 back squat…very happy with all of these, especially given my bodyweight.
Here are the pics:
