Looking great, keep this progress for another nine weeks and you’ll have done an amazing job!
Legs almost look bigger than your waist. Great job man!
i can’t believe you still have 10 weeks left and are already super lean. Very impressive.
Wow nice work man! How big are those quads anyway??

Thanks man! That’s the goal. Layne is really ramping up the cardio now so we can hopefully bring leanness to the next level.

Haha, that would be quite a feat! Maybe someday lol.
I noticed in your sample diet that you did not list any veggies. Do you not eat them or do you not count the calories/carbs in them?
@ Kakno and Jake: Haha thanks guys, ya the legs are starting to look even bigger as my waist gets smaller, hence the illusion : ). My waist right now is 31.5 inches and my thighs measure a tad above 27, so there isn’t that big a difference between them.
@ DJS: 9 weeks actually, but thanks! I’m happy with where I’m at, and despite being slightly heavier, Layne is very happy with leanness at this point as well.
@ XX: I do eat vegetables and I also take a greens supplement and I do count the calories. The days I posted were just lacking in the green vegetables I normally eat.
@ BBB: Well, it’s not that it’s stalled, as I’m definitely leaner than I was last week, but there is still more fat to lose, especially in my lower body. I would say that I have about 8-10 lb to go right now.

They are going to be standout! My legs are big relative to my strength and the rest of me so I’m hoping I can get mine similar sized to yours in the next couple of years!
Just read again that its the Yorton Cup your competing in, very cool, BNBF in the UK has inroads to competing there should you do well enough over here, CU in 5 years! ha.

Haha oh really, that’s cool!
Something I need to update you guys on, and that is that I’m not going to be doing the Yorton Cup, but will actually be competing in the Granite State Classic, an NGA show in New Hampshire which is also on the 29th. The decision was made because it is much more practical as I will be in school and that time in October will be crunch time with classes, and NH is only about 30-40 minutes from where I go to school. It should be just as exciting either way, so just a quick, important update for you all!
I type this after I polished off my post workout meal which consisted of the following:
Protein Pumpkin Pancakes + 1 slice cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread with 1/2 tbsp of virgin coconut oil melted on
160 grams egg beaters
120 grams pure pumpkin
1 whole egg
1 scoop TP protein
1 cup oats
3 splenda packets and cinnamon to taste
Delicious : ).
Here is a back pic. Trying to push my knees out and create more of an ‘x’ frame. Thoughts suggested I try this, and I think it looks a lot better.

I wish I could put up my posing tuition vid with Zack.

Any tips that you have from him, that you’re able to convey, would be greatly appreciated!!
After seeing this set of pics, I’m very pleased with my leanness level and retention of muscle at this point in time. My training has been just as intense as ever, volume is super high right now, and I am feeling great despite our increases in cardio. My bodyweight this morning was 203.5, which is an low on the diet.
Right now, the diet itself isn’t oppressive at all, still have 2 high(er) carb days/week and the normal days are not too low in calories by any means.
And now, the pics.
