Sure you can.

Supplements are a small part of training. Food choices and your training are much more important.

You’re a little behind in your conditioning, thunder thighs.

The definition in your back is amazing.

Good luck.

Coming up a treat man! Great work on your progress. Are you decreasing calories over time, or adding in cardio to get progressively leaner or are you keeping things fairly steady and the weight is just coming off.

Layne and I are slowly decreasing calories (emphasis on slowly) and haven’t added any Cardio yet, except for what he started me with which isn’t a lot.

Looking great! To my amateur eye, it seems like your lower body is getting lost somewhat in some of your poses. Your quads aren’t particularly prominent in your ab/thigh pose, and I can’t tell if you’re flexing your calf and hamstring in the back double-bi. Of course, you’ve many more knowledgable folks in your camp for posing advice, so don’t take my word for it

Your back looks like an armored plate, like an armadillo. =) Good luck!

Agreed. Your back is sick.

Yah, he needs to have one foot forward in the ab/thigh and flex it HARD.

His legs hold the most fat though so will be a while before they look dialed in from the back.

good points.

You got wheels like a tank tread my friend. But are you flexing on them or just letting um hang?

Snapped this one at the gym today and thought the arms looked pretty good.

Here’s a leg shot. In desperate need of a tan, but I think they are improving in leanness.

Ya, I’m still trying to learn how to pose, and flexing the quads are tough, but I’m getting there!

Also, I do hold more fat in my legs than in my upper body, so it’s very likely that we will have to wait till closer to the show to see some serious cuts down there.

Thanks for your comments!

@ Mateus and DJS: Thanks guys, I’ve worked really, really hard on improving my back, as it wasn’t a strong point when I started out. Width still is a weak point, but thickness is there.
