First Contest: What to Bring?

I am 2 days out from my first sttrongman contest and I was wondering what I should Bring with me…

So far I am bringing:
Surge Workout Fuel
Finibars
MAG-10
Anaconda
Bands (to stay warmed up)
Deadlift Suit
Tacky (if i can find some locally)
chalk
Straps
Belt
Asics Wrestling Shoes
Event Shoes
Duct Tape
Medical Tape
Wrist Wraps
Ammonia

Clothes obviously. But I was wondering is there anything else would be beneficial to have in my bag for the day?

Also is there any tips on warming up and staying warm you guys may have?

Any help would be great.

Edit:
I’ll also be bringing things like Brain Candy, Spike, and Power Drive

I would take a stick or foam roller I don’t know what events you have coming up but it helps keep me loose after deadlift or yoke event. Other than that your list seems above and we’ll beyond what most bring.

I’ll stick a foam roller in there.

The events are viking press, car dead, keg throw, stone over bar, and hussafel stone carry.

The list was more or less ideas and I have scaled the list down to…

Surge Workout Fuel, Finibars, MAG-10, Anaconda For rebloating after dehydrating 14 lbs

Bands (to stay warmed up)
Deadlift Suit
chalk
Straps
Belt
Asics Wrestling Shoes
Event Shoes
Ammonia

Beyond that I just chilled out about stressing over this, but imput still is welcome.

You guys are allowed deadlift suits?

Csulli- its up to the Promotor of the show I have personally been in about 7 competition in three different states and have never been allowed to wear one. Which I don’t have one any ways but 90% of competitions don’t allow them.

That sounds like a good list man and awesome show I love a Viking press and hussafel stone carry my two best events what comp is this.

@csulli It said suits were ok, if they don’t let me use it anyway than I don’t really care, I get maybe 20-30 lbs out of my suit, nothing huge.

@Reed its the hudson valley showdown in walkill, ny! It should be fun win, lose, or bomb out lol

That is a pretty good list for your first show.

I would bring some solid food, something simple and easy. PB&J’s are always good. Also, a gallon jug of water.

When I go to shows I bring everything I own with me. You never know what events will get changed the day of. Best of luck in your first comp.

Bring a pretty lady to cheer you on. Seriously though I lift more when pretty girls are watching lol.

Towels. Never forget Towels.

Water, food, towels, shoes, chalk, tacky (tape to wrap arms), straps, belt, glue (in case you rip a callus).
