caffeine, asprin, creatine(obviously before), gatorade, some fruits and bars all you need but its up to you what ever makes you feel like you have a edge do. Half of strongman is being mentally there and if wearing a pink to to makes you mentally amped up and ready to go I reccommend it.
Competing is by far one of the best things i have ever taken part in and i can not wait to do it again ! finished overall 6th out of 7 which i dont think is too bad for the first comp
