Meal 1 needs more protein.
Meal 3 needs more protein.
Meal 4 better be a friggin’ huge can of tuna.
Meal 5 needs protein to begin with.
Meal 6 needs protein as well.

Thanks for the tips. I used to be a fat guy weighing 240. I lost alot of weight trying to looked ripped. Now i need to get some size. My strength has gone down tremendously.

dude, just use the search function here on the site. Look up an article how to bulk, adjust your caloric intake accordingly, and hit the weights heavy and hard.
This is just my humble opinion, but you need to eat at least 3000-4000 calories a day if you’re at 155 lbs. And if squats/deadlifts aren’t in your arsenal, then you won’t be making progress.
and not to sound like an ass, but you’re lucky you haven’t got completely flamed with that kind of ‘bulk diet’
