Did my first 250mcg of BCP today and have had my heart rate up at 92bpm from its normal 72bpm. Has anyone esle experienced this before? Is it normal?

Hey I just did first one this am and had the same damn thing. Googled and it’s increased blood flow that can cause that and hot flashes too which I also had.
Contacted my peptide guy he said half the dose next time…I’m also not injecting into my hip the source of my inflammation as I’m not a doc and don’t want to hit something important. lol he said it’s a rare side effect but it does happen. I hate it so not sure if I’ll even continue with this peptide. But trying halfing your dose and see if that helps.

What are you taking and how much?
Increased heart rate is caused by taking the shot itself. Not the product. It’s a tiny adrenaline boost especially if your just starting our and not used to injections.
I was pinning in the morning about 8am. Fine all day until the evening, then the heart rate kicked in. I stopped after three days.
I then tried oral BPC and got savage fucking headaches from it but heart rate was fine.
I was doing 250mcg at 8am in the morning. Fine all day then the higher heart rate kicked in during the evening.
