So I have been taking Sup250 500mg/week for a couple weeks now and I have been experiencing a higher than normal heart rate. It’s averaging 84bpm resting and 120-125bpm while active (even light activity). I have read this is common on this dose but at the same time I don’t wanna mess with my heart. Thanks in advance.
Apparently, this is normal according to google. Lol
