Awesome. I’m in Texas as well. South side of Houston. I agree 100%. Lots of craziness on here. You have to wade through to find anything of value. Keep up the good work and the updates. It’s a pleasure following your thread.
Cool man! We’re in Houston a few times a year for gymnastics and trampoline competitions. Thanks again!
Like I said before. You are one sick mofo!!
The Npp makes me contract hard which seems to make me sore too. Maybe that’s what’s happening.
You asked on my thread if I’m seeing any weight gain but I’m just not gaining right now. Pumps are coming up, strength is coming up and I’m trying to eat but it’s hard.
P.S. I’m a Texas boy too
Nice! Looks like we’ve got quite a few repping the lone star! I’ve noticed stronger longer lasting pumps, but not really stronger contractions. It’s almost like I have a little more will power to simply make the last few reps happen…
I gotcha on the eating thing. I just finished a shake ![]()
And thanks again man! I can’t even describe how much better i feel compared to 12 months ago. Got the test levels up, cleaned up the diet, and keep working in the gym.
I would say if its just DOMS push through it. Just watch out for joint pain and connective tissue issues. Remember that those components don’t keep up with your new muscle growth and you want to avoid injury.
@jackolee looking peeled and jacked brother! Killing it! Super proud of you. You’re likely just hitting it harder than before man. More damage - more soreness. Keep it up.
Well BP and pulse was way high today… kind of freaking me out. 156/78 and 102. Noticed my heart seemed to be beating hard so I went ahead and took it. Before my blast my HCT was 50.5 so I guess there’s a possibility that my blood has simply gotten too thick while on blast.
I think I’ll try to do a double red cell donation tomorrow and see if that helps. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
@jackolee don’t worry. AAS are central nervous system stimulants. Confession - I basically never give blood besides random tests. Relax. I promise you’re fine ![]()
My BP has been getting steadily higher throughout my blast. Guess since it’s my first go round I don’t know what expect in that regard. Thanks for the response!
End of week 8:
Weight is holding steady at 175-177. I’ve been much better on nutrition and that always makes me feel better about the quantity of food I’m eating.
My blood pressure is still a little high… usually like 135/80. But no more scary 160 ranges. Still hoping to be over 180 at the end of this. I’m staying relatively lean too.
I stopped taking my sermorelin/GHRP2 about a month ago, and I feel like it had been making a huge difference in my ability to put on mass. I think I’ll atart it back up next month.
Really not much other than that to update. Still up around 10 lbs and feeling good!
Ok so I’ve been an absentee for a while… works been absurd. I’m finishing up week 10 and have decided to shorten the blast. Originally I had planned on 12 weeks of 600 test e and 300 deca and weeks 12-16 600 test e. I’m gonna end up doing week 1-10 at 600 test e and 300 deca and week 10-12 test e at 600. The deca is keeping me short of breath and my heart rate is remainingcin the 90s. I’ve made some decent gains and am comfortable cutting it a little short. Here are some before and after stats
Starting weight - 167.8
Current weight - 178.6
Gain 10.8 lbs
9/07-11/15
Left forearm 2.5 from bend 12.25 - 12.25
Right forearm 12.25 - 12.25
Right bicep 15.5 - 16
Left bicep 16 - 16.75
Shoulders 50.25 - 51.5
Chest 41 - 43.75
Waist 33.5 - 34.5
Right quad 9 inches up from kneecap 21.75 - 22
Left quad 21.75 - 22
Hips 37.5 - 38.25
Right calf 13.75 - 13.75
Left calf 14 - 14
I’m going to try to maintain my weight through the end of the year and then start my cut. I’ve decided to do my first physique show I’m may 2019.
Thanks everyone for all the advice, encouragement, and feedback.

HR in the 90s, although not good isn’t something to freak out about (although cohort studies have shown higher resting HR within the normal range is linked to an increased incidence of overall mortality despite the individuals health status), shortness of breath IS something to worry about. How sure are you it’s the nandrolone and not the fact that you’re running 900mgs of gear/wk, 900mgs is going to put a strain on the body (although when I think of it, when I took nandrolone I noticed a strange feeling in my throat when breathing, I get exercise induced asthma occasionally though so I just chalked it up to the fact that nandrolone somehow aggravated it, I was only on like 90mgs/wk for 3 ish weeks, this was NPP).
Beside that, you look great! You put on some really nice size while staying lean and vascular. Good luck for the show, I’ve personally always wanted to compete… But I have no idea how to go about doing it and I struggle with anxiety regarding potential health consequences that’d arise if I competed, not just from PED’s but also the crash dieting, extreme weight fluctuations etc… The trailer for generation iron 3 certainly didn’t help my anxiety hahaha
Are the measurements taken cold or flexed? A 16.75 in bicep flexed is good, unflexed is very, VEEERRRRY good!
Bicep flexed. Everything else cold. Never really thought about that. Why do we measure biceps flexed?
I always wondered that myself. I usually take two measurements. Cold unflexed with arm at the side and then cold flexed. I usually get an inch difference.
For the same reason we don’t measure our dicks when they are flaccid!

Outstanding man, just plain outstanding. Its crazy you kept visible abs while gaining 11 pounds.
a good bit of that could be water weight. will be interesting to see what he weighs a month after the cycle is done.
Yeah I wondered the same myself. I think I probably gained 5 or 6 solid lean lbs. not as much as I was hoping for, but slow and steady wins the race @flipcollar
absolutely agree. I’ve never put on more weight in a cycle than around 10 lbs, and often I don’t gain any weight.
How tall and heavy are you flip? I’m definately still chasing you in the delts game! Lol @flipcollar
