I am working with an Ian King trainer. I love the program and think I will be a much better athlete when all is said and done.
I have also been watching/reading alot of Ian Kings stuff. Very impressed with the knowledge I am gaining of myself, my body and how things should be.

That’s great news. You’ll definitely learn lots by reading Mr. King’s work…and I’m sure his trainer is top-notch, too.[/quote]
Thanks Dan! Top notch is an understatement!
I learned alot from my time there. Now it is time to put it all into practice…
I would recommmend them to anyone here. If you really want to better yourself and your training – I firmly believe King Sports is worth there weight in gold.

You look right on target with those numbers. And no pain is always a good thing.
What are you trying to improve in your squat form and how are you doing that? (When your not tired and have time) I was just curious. you know me…
Amazing numbers!
What do you think your numbers will be like at the Nationals?
340 DL…wow.
Did you ever have to carry that much out of a burning building, I’d feel safer if you were in my local fire dept. you’d be able to pack out my whole family in one run!
Merry Christmas, lucky you with no snow.

Thank you.
I am looking for a 440 dl, 240 bench and a 425 squat.
Fortunately I have never had to carry anyone out of a burning building…just down stairs for medical reasons ;).

Awesome goals:)
Hopefully, you will never have to carry someone out of a burning building but at least you could do it.
