Can anybody give me any suggestions on a program to consider after finishing EDT. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I think it’s usually a good idea when changing programs to pick something that’s very different than what you’ve been doing.
So with EDT, you have tons of reps with what starts out as a light weight (doesn’t feel like it for long of course.) So I’d pick a program where you’re lifting heavy. See my two Big Fat Training Program Guide articles for ideas. Part II is in this week’s issue.
Poliquin’s 1-6 program and Waterbury’s Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy program both come to mind, but there are other choices too.

I agree with CS–go heavy with longer rests.
How were your results?
I would suggest going with HST after a one to two week strategic deconditioning phase since you just came off some intense sessions. Do two weeks of 15’s, 10’s, 5’s and negatives.
5x5 would be a good option.
