Hey guys, im about to finish the first 4-week EDT program and was unsure what to follow it up with. My instinct tells me to switch to a strength training program because of the high volume of EDT, but id love to jump into phase 2. My question is, what is the smart thing to do??? If i do train for strength, any recommendations on a program (5x5???) and duration of it??? Thanks in advance for any input. – Paul S.
Paul, I’m actually working on an EDT strength phase for T-mag as we speak…not sure when it will run, probably in the next few weeks…glad you’re enjoying EDT though— stay tuned for the book!
