Think I found a new hill to do sprints! whew
I had gone to the gym this morning(and actually I went last Wed and Fri, just didn’t mention it)
And as soon as i walked in the door, ‘Moooommy, we want to go sledding!!’
So, my pants still fit,which is good! I still feel squishy and blah though.
I’m ready for all the junk to be out of my house and for the junk in my trunk to be gone as well…HAHA!
just about 6 weeks until Hubby comes home for a 2 week break!!

I know what you mean about the junk food. I’ve eaten too much wheat and sugar and I feel flabby and my joints hurt. Still got New Year to do though!

I just went through the cupboards and fridge to throw out the yummy food that was still there, that doesn’t need to be.
I have more body comp goals that I’d like to work on, so no more nibbling on goodies everyday. I like to follow the 90/10 rule…eat clean 90% of the time, but allow free meals or little treats the other 10%

My back ache is back a week before AF…I think it’s in relation to slacking off my fishy oils, and the crap that I’ve been eating.
Also, I should know better but food is in direct relation to how I’m feeling physically/mentally. I was blaming stress, but I think in combo with the junk I’ve been dragging.
Just last night I passed out with my daughter putting her to bed at 730!

I just did 5 minutes of rowing…which is deceptively tiring! or I’m just really outta shape…(both probably)
Rowing is very tiring, so don’t blame your conditioning quite yet.
Hill sprints? I thought you HATED running??? However, I wholly endorse hill sprints and have my own hill all planned out for the spring.
