I am thinking of staying completely clean with my diet up until Thanksgiving, because i know once that hits, staying on it is going to become exponentially harder…

Whipped cottage cheese? Um please do tell more I <3 cottage cheese and have either that or FAGE (Greek Yogurt) as part of last meal before bed. IS there a brand of whipped cottage cheese at either whole foods or trader joe’s? (Do most of my shopping there)
I am not doing any free meals right now either. Last love note from my coach basically said I can do one a week but if I dont ‘need’ it don’t take it. “higher compliance at this time” will ensure better results LOL. Hint taken.

Good luck with keeping the eats clean…no free meals, huh? I feel like I gotta have at least one healthy-ish free meal a week…also I think it helps keep the bingies away and the metabolism guessing.

No free meals yeah I’ll take one on thanksgiving LOL. I do eat some sugar Post Workout. Usually have like a skinny cow ice cream cone and a protein shake so I’m not totally deprived. I also feel like I eat plenty of food. I mean dear lord its fucking boring but I rarely get hungry. If I need one I’ll take one but I’m not planning to til T-Day.

Hallowed- I go pretty hardcore…just proteinz and veggies while dieting. I save up whatever I’ve been dreaming about for the end of the week in the form of a big free meal or small treats Friday and Saturday.
So I lied. I didn’t stay clean today like I had planned, but it wasn’t completely dirty so it’s all good ![]()

Bites of my ‘cookie cake,’ and pumpkin bread.
I find that saving the freebies for the end of the day works a lot better cause I’m less likely to binge if I start early in the day…and I get more hungry towards the later half of the day, so i enjoy the food even more!!

I used too much applesauce and not enough sugar…and no brown sugar to boot because I didn’t have any and forgot at the store :roll:
I didn’t use buckwheat flour like usual because I couldn’t find any and I didnt have time to scour the town for it… I used whole wheat flour…ummmm, different :? It turned into more of a cookie cake…the kids are eating it, so it must not be that bad!
The pumpkin bread is TASTY! I used brown rice flour…its kinda mushy throughout, but it was browning too much on the outside. A good alternative to regular flour. I have a few books on gluten free baking, but the ingredients are so elaborate. I find you can make most anything by just experimenting with different flours.
I stay away from gluten(wheat products) MOST of the time, but I don’t totally avoid it so a true allergy doesn’t develop, if thats possible…
It’s not fun if you don’t get all the way dirty.

I don’t like to call them ‘cheats,’ more like freebies…
I wasn’t planning on it…but I was starving while baking and cooking dinner for the kids. I spose I just let it happen. The granola bar was lonely this morning and was begging me to eat it.
I anticipate a couple more freebies tomorrow at the party. Today was supposed to be my full on refeed. But lately, I’ve been breaking it up with smaller free meals Friday and Saturday.
Except last night when I made rice…but it was either deliberately have some on my plate and feel fine about it or have a couple bites out of the pot that turn into a lot of bites and then feel guilty.
I’m in this for another month or so!
