I spent the morning browsing my new favorite grocery store⦠it carries a whole line of natural and organic itemsā¦anything you can think of, is there! And affordable too!

I still think it would be cheaper in the long run to bake some of my own stuff, but itās nice to know that there are healthier, better alternativesā¦and close to home! And let me tell you about my new favorite cottage cheese! Itās by a brand called Friendshipā¦no preservatives, 15P 2.5F 3C for 1/2 cup!!

Are you by chance a greek yogurt fan? Fage brand is the SHIZ!
But more and more grocery stores are getting better about offering stuff like that. I wouldnāt have known or ever gone in there until my tattoo guy told me, haha.

I donāt know the calories, but Iāll say that roughly 15% of the calories come from fat, and thatās a good amount for someone who trains and wants fat loss.

a mix of white n brown rice(about a cup) Its good stuff and appeases both tastes
Green beans(with butter and almond slivers!)

Typically Iād do a refeed today but I feel ok! Iām also trying to streeeetch this round and end it next Fridayā¦either take a break or continue on til the 3rd Friday of NOVā¦weāre leaving the following week for Thanksgivingā¦pants should potentially fit by then!
