yep its all part of the plan…and I do 2 fish oil caps with each meal. :slight_smile:

I spent the morning browsing my new favorite grocery store… it carries a whole line of natural and organic items…anything you can think of, is there! And affordable too!

I still think it would be cheaper in the long run to bake some of my own stuff, but it’s nice to know that there are healthier, better alternatives…and close to home! And let me tell you about my new favorite cottage cheese! It’s by a brand called Friendship…no preservatives, 15P 2.5F 3C for 1/2 cup!!

But more and more grocery stores are getting better about offering stuff like that. I wouldn’t have known or ever gone in there until my tattoo guy told me, haha.

I don’t know the calories, but I’ll say that roughly 15% of the calories come from fat, and that’s a good amount for someone who trains and wants fat loss.

Betty, Friendship brand cottage cheese is the one I get at the Whole Foods. I think its delicious.
