Hi everyone,

I’ve been following the Over 35 forum for over ten years now and have seen many people come and go. I know in the age of Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, etc… people have a lot of choices for online interaction and I was lucky enough to stumble across a few of the Over 35 crowd on Instagram. If you are so inclined, please share your Instagram username, I would like to see training, cooking, dogs, whatever…

I’m on Instagram, but only as a lurker of other, more interesting lifters’ content. I am unlikely to post any vids there.
