Finding A Trainer/Coach

I’m at the stage where I feel the need for a qualified trainer/coach to make sure I’m doing some of the lifts correctly. I’ve read some real horror stories here and don’t want to screw up my body any more than it is.

What recommendations do you all have for finding a real, qualified trainer/coach in my area (KoP/Oaks, PA)?

Go to the NSCA Website and search for a coach in your area.

Thanks - I’ll try that.
Are you familiar with their techniques/ philosophy?
Are they generally well qualified?
Do they generally subscribe to the T-Nation approach?
