Hey everybody, just wondering how some of you came about finding somebody to lift with.
i recently moved to ohio, so i dont have a whole lot of people to pull from,and its been hard to find people my age (20) who are motivated enough to come to the gym just 4 days a week. I really feel like i’m getting to the point where i want to go heavier on a lot of my weights, but i would really like a spotter i could count on, and somebody to help push me, and i was just wondering if anybody out there had any ideas.
