Finally! A Real Site With Real Insight

Sup guys. First post here. Really excited that I found you guys. So much misinformation out there it’s ridiculous. This site is a breath of fresh air. Looking at other posts I know I’ve come to the right place.

I’m 30 yrs old. 5’9 170lbs. Been on an 8 week hiatus from the gym due to a lower abdominal tear. Unfortunately it came at the end of a wonderful Anavar/Winstrol/Tren Cycle. Was able to maintain a little bit of good solid muscle mass bc of anavar and continued clean eating. However I did lose a majority of my gains.

So anyways, I’m back in it to win it and looking to get into a Deca/Test E cycle in a few weeks. Have access to pretty much anything I need, except real info on how to take it to maximize the use of the meds.

I’m hoping that someone can shed a little light on as how to take it. Assuming that I have 20ml of Deca 300 and 20ml of Test Enanthate 300. I’m looking to add a good 15-20 lbs. How long should I run a cycle like this?

What should I take for PCT? Should I add anything? Is just Nolvadex good enough for PCT? It seems I’ve been wasting my time with the other cycles I’ve run and not taking full advantage of the gear. Mostly because I’ve been misinformed and taking the advice from people who obviously have no clue what they are talking about.

I always end up at square one 3 to six months after my cycle is over - Weighing the same and looking the same before I started the treatment.

Looking forward to what you have to say…

Welcome. The first thing I’d recommend is reading all five or six “stickies” at the top of this forum. There’s a wealth of info there and probably 85% of your questions will be answered there.
I will add two thoughts now. It was probably sub-optimal for you to have some cycling already if you were so grossly underinformed. The questions you are asking above are much the same as someone who has never ever cycled before would ask. Again there’s so many detailed answers up above so please do yourself the favor of reading them.

Also if you “have access to pretty much anything I need” you might wanna look at some HGH or at minimum some GHRP6 depending on how your abdominal tear is healing.

Hey Miami. Read the stickies as SAP mentioned above.

One thing for you to think about, and this isn’t really discussed much, is the increasing difficulty in hanging onto gains post-cycle as you get older.

I’m certainly not saying that 30 is particularly old - and you’re younger than me, damnit - but if endogenous levels of T are low between cycles, whether it’s due to poor recovery from a cycle or just an age-related decrease, it can be rough going in terms of maintaining b/w cycles.

That’s one more reason to stay on top of your bloodwork. Try to get hormone levels measured after each cycle, if possible. Few of us do that, but it is ideal practice, imo.
