REALLY should have stayed with Julia Bond shaking it.
On-topic, my sister had a couple kids and wanted implants, so she got 'em. What’s so bad about fake tits? They’ve put many a young woman through school.

If you wonder what is so bad browse through this. The prictures section is real interesting.
I would say one of the grossest ones was the girl who had a big chunk of her breast rot off because her body rejected the implant and that is how her body expelled it.

I’m not saying its not without risk, or even (possibly) unhealthy. I’m just saying they look alright most of the time.
Women aren’t any happier about their boobs shrinking up and disappearing than we would be about out nuts shriveling into a papery sack with a couple of lonely almonds knocking around in it. If that happened every time I went on a diet I’d be depressed as hell.

lol, so the end justifies the means?
Comes down to choice. Women don’t do everything in life for the sole purpose of a man’s approval, same way we don’t for theirs.
You show your average girl a picture of Ronnie in his prime and 90% are going to say “Ewww”. So the fuck what? We lift for ourselves, not the approval of others.
My brother in law BEGGED my sister not to get them. Begged. But she got 'em anyway because she didn’t like the way hers looked after childbirth and now she’s happy. She did it because SHE wanted to make a change, not to make someone else happy.
Of course figure athletes don’t look good at their shows. Nobody would after dieting that long- at least look “good” in a conventional sense. But they don’t do it to make US happy, they do it to satisfy an aesthetic viewpoint that may be wholly at odds with the average American male’s idea of beauty and proportion in the early twenty first century.
That’s the point of T-Nation: it is a place where the sacrifice to look a certain way is respected above the mainstream’s ideas of what the perfect man or woman should look like.
Of course, we’re still free to argue about what looks fugly or not, which is where the real charm of this joint comes from.
I think they look damn good.
But if something makes somebody happy, and it isn’t hurting anybody else, then I don’t see how it’s anyone else’s business at all.
Keep up the hard work figure competitors, I’ve yet to do a pre-contest diet, and I don’t envy anybody who has the guts to do that for 12-16 weeks.
And did we really get a Mae West reference up there ?

You gonna let him talk to you like that, bro? Post up some naked pics of your little sis to shut him up.
I don’t find fake breasts attractive in general, but I can find a woman with fake breasts attractive in specific. It is all preference anyway.
As for the risk; it is their choice. We all make risky choices everyday. We are our own judges whether it is worth it or not.
I found it amusing how angry everyone got in this thread.
I would just like to say real or fake, big or small! I will is stick my head in the cleavage and shake my head like a wet dog b/c I love boobies of all shapes and sizes, colors or creeds, big or small nipples!
GymJenn and Michele C, you beautiful ladies keep on keep’en on b/c I will be there to clap and yell and whistle(in body or spirit) every time they call your number and you walk across the stage.

Well put.
Any woman who is in the gym training as hard as these girls do has a leg up on every other woman in the world from my point of view.

bro no one is arguing that its hard to do that shit. its hard to be a nuclear physicist too but that doesnt mean i want to bang every one just cause they have a PhD.
i said i dont think ANYONE looks good at 3% bodyfat. that doesnt mean i dont respect high level bodybuilders it just means i wouldnt expect them to pull a lot of ass walking the beach in a thong with strirated glutes. but then again whos to say they wouldnt because whats generally accepted for men and women differ.
i just associate brickhouse cut legs as something masculine. again no one is saying these girls are bad off season its just that level of definition and vascularity is not attractive to most men. just like ronnie coleman isnt attractive to most women.

Saying that breast implants mean that a girl has no self esteem is like saying juicers are really scared little boys that deep down want their mommies to love them more.
i made a very similar post in another thread
"…whats with all this rage against “self-involved”? umm guys quick reality check, this is bodybuilding the absolute most self centered, self involved thing on the face of the planet. not to mention extremely vain and yet you want to redicule other people because they dont use weights to achieve that vanity?
we have steroids, six packs and power racks
they have breast implants, couture and mercedes-benz’s
you can try to add some substance to it but we’re not that different. especially when most guys are lifting to impress chicks anyway.
but i will say the one difference is the dedication. this isnt as easy as buying a pair of jeans and you cant just not do it one day. its every day, day in and out. but we still have those same vain ideals. "

In summation I would like to say that there are guys out there who do not find breast implants attractive. Probably more than you ladies realize. And don’t think we are so shallow and stupid that we can’t tell. We spend a lot more of our time studying breasts than you do. We know.
Oh noes! You don’t think something a total stranger is doing is attractive and you think she should give a shit! Gosh. Now thats why we should think you are shallow and stupid. Nobody actually gives a shit if you know. You are just not as important as you think.
It sounds like I hit a nerve. The fact is my attitude is not uncommon, there are a lot of men who do not find breast implants attractive and even find them unattractive.
You’re still missing the point. It isn’t about what you think. I hear men say all the time they prefer women without makeup but I still wear mascara. Why? Because I don’t wear it for them.

Years ago there was a survey done by a magazine, (I think it was MM2k) where they interviewed fitness competitors and bodybuilders about their breast implants. One of the more interesting things this survey turned up was that these women more pressure to get implants from other women than they did from men.
Do you seriously think these incredible women spend their lives worrying about what you think? Seriously?!
If they are not worried about what other people think about them why are they willing to risk their ruining their health, getting mutilated or even losing their lives undergoing implant surgery? Are you seriously trying to suggest they don’t care about what other people think yet they take that kind of a risk? Seriously?!
I am just stating an honest opinion that like a lot of guys, I like a woman who keeps it real. I find it interesting that you would try denegrate me as being stupid and shallow because I say that I can accept a woman the way she is without having to have surgical alterations.
Shallow and stupid were your words, but it has nothing to do with your preferences. Nobody cares what your preference is. That is the point. It reminds of the time someone in another forum posted a link to a crossfit video with 2 women working out who were in fantastic shape and the thread was littered with comments about how women shouldn’t have arms like that. As if these women should be so worried about their prettiness for some random internet asshole instead of achieving their fitness goals.
I don’t think it is shallow to be able to appreciate the variety of shapes and sizes that women come in. I am not the only one here either, just look at the thread that went on about the American Gymnastics team a couple of weeks ago. Those girls are in shape and they look great a lack of implants didn’t stop them from getting kudos from the board.
Shawn Johnson was really popular in that thread. With that cute face and all that ass we had plenty to discuss, noone spoiled the conversation by saying she has small breasts they are going to have send her to the doctor to do something about that. If they had it probably would have started a flame war.
Yet you feel it appropriate to make the same commentary on a physique you don’t approve of. That’s the point, not what you approve of but the fact you expect a figure athlete to cater to you and your likes.
There are just as many men who would disapprove of women lifting at all and would gladly tell me what women ‘should’ look like. Maybe I should just go back to the treadmill so as to not offend their personal tastes? You see, it is the very same thing.
You know what I love about women with fake tits? Especially soon after they just get 'em? They’re always saying “Yeah, it’s weird, but it feels pretty good. FEEL IT!”
It’s the only time you ever have women, especially attractive straight women, going up to other women (such as yours truly) and offering to be felt up.
I wish everyone would get fake boobs!
Mostly kidding.
Sort-of.
So about the inferiority complex… I just wanted to let you boys know that not all women who get implants feel like they are “less than” anyone else. When you train your ass off to get on stage, you can shape your shoulders, glutes, lats, abs, everything. The only thing you can’t change is your breasts. I wanted to feel good in my clothes, I like to be fit but not at the sacrifice of feeling like an 8 year old boy in my body.
I am not ashamed of how I was, I just wanted more freedom to shop for clothes and feel feminine.I actually agree that an off-season body looks better, and when I have more body fat you woundn’t even know they weren’t real.
Now, all of us here train in the gym. We are working on changing our bodies to look the way we want. All of us, not just the women. So does that mean that you, Sifu, have issues because you want big muscles? I am sure you will have a nice long explanation of why this is wrong.
I like to try and see other’s point of view, and I can actually understand where some of you come from. Even though I disagree, I guess I am hoping that I can show you that not all women with implants are as miserable people as you seem to think. I am not upset, just trying to open your minds, I guess.
And if you really want to know, here’s a “before,” because I am NOT ashamed and I am happy to show you the difference!
Oh and FYI, if you get a good doctor they won’t look like tennis balls.

I think you guys are a little harsh.
I am hoping you appreciate the dedication and hard work to get themselves to the level that the judges are expecting and you guys should know they aren’t shredded 365days of the year.
And boobs are kind of a nonissue as they can be bought. They are such a small part of their figure. Their development of butt and the definition of their backs and the overall look when they aren’t stripped down to compete is so lovely.
They compete looking the way the competition expects them to look
I don’t think anyone is faulting the hard work and dedication it takes to get there. Moreso that being that lean is held as the aesthetic ideal. A lot of us have the same complaints about professional bodybuilding. It does depend on the show and the woman of course. Some shows and judges prefer a slightly less lean look. And some women look better really lean than others.
The girls have totally dominated in this thread. The guys who have tired to make the case that you can tell the deep-rooted psychological issues every girl with breast implants has really have across as having their heads stuck up their assess.
I’ll admit I prefer all things in life, including women, to remain as natural as possible. Having said that I’ll also admit that I prefer the look of Michele, for instance, after the implants. If we happened to be dating (are you listening God?) before she got them I suppose I would have tried to dissuade her, but mainly because I would have feared for her health (and also because I’m a card-carrying “Ass-Man” 8^).
What the hell this has to do with figure ladies in specific I don’t understand. As has been made clear, that endeavour is not something a woman pursues to impress or attract a man. It’s something she does for herself. That alone makes those who take on the challenge far more attractive inside and out, regardless of their intention. Furthermore, I’m sure the judges in a competition are not grading the ladies on their boobs anymore than their hairstyles so what’s the point in singling them out?
However they decide, it’s THEIR decision and should be respected.

I can respect your point of view, and you look stunning either way. I feel that every girl with boob jobs will quote what you say as their own view, but deep down there is this unnecessary complex. I guess the real point of this whole thing is that small boobs are okay, in fact they are fantastic! I would hope that more women would feel good about how they are naturally.
I was just watching DR90210 and there was this gorgeous woman with big natural breasts who because of the pressure of her industry she decided to add implants because apparently now the implant look is more desirable. I think that is totally fucked up.
That is my point, and I apologize to the myriad of women I pissed off lol.
