FFB and The Old Loose-Skin Thing

I pretty much understand that loose-skin is hard to rid of and usually takes time or in some cases, surgery to remove. I used to weigh 220 lbs and now stand at 170. I’m on the fat-fast diet right now and plan to stick with it for at least 21 days (this is day 2).

I have a little loose-skin on my lower ab region and I think, possibly, some “breast tissue” from when I was fat and probably high estrogen. Is there anything that can help to alleviate this condition?

I figured losing body fat would help. I’m between 13-15% right now and plan to get down to 9-10 by the end of this diet.

Does vitamin-e cream or something do anything to help tighten up the skin? Is that possible?

Thanks

Stay hydrated (drink) use lotion, have your proper fats and a good diet in general and pray, in your case just judgeing off the amout lost its not that HUGE and Id guess good chance of it tightening up. Age dependent as well and a very generalized statement but feel you have luck on your side.

Just out of curiosity, what’s your height?

Also, don’t fret anything, remember we fatboys see our progress as being slow, cause we’re constantly checking. Only way to be sure is to take pictures weekly or so and then compare those.

I read somewhere that increasing circulation to the skin is good for keeping it fit. So what I do is after each workout, when I’m in the showers, I start decreasing the warm water, until it’s cold. Then I stand under it.

Cold water here is around 10-11 ?C, so I don’t let it go all the way down. Just enough until I’m really gasping for air.

Good for mental strength aswell as getting the heart to really pump blood into the skin.

I’m not 100% sure it works for decreasing skinfold, but it sure as shit increases my level of wellness, and it decreases that shoulder acne I get from all the fat intake.

Thanks for the tips, guys. I’m 5’7.5, FYI.

I too was 220 when i was younger, I am now 175, I got down to 185 after joining the Marines then 158 on the ABS diet and using NO-Xplod…

But I leave you with this, I was getting 1800 cals a day running 3 times a week lifting 6 times a week…
…I thought I was the shit…

well suddenly i got a 6 1/2 pack, you think thats great all I accomplished was that I was a smaller version of what I was like at 180 with the loose skin yeah the definition was good on my stomach but I had very little muscle…

People said that i looked sick… So now I believe in becoming 180 sumthing with 10% body fat…

…So be careful a six pack isnt everything…its easier to take a block of mass and chisel it down then to start with a small block and add to it… Im no pro (by a long shot) but i have walked in those shoes…
