Few Exercise Descriptions Needed

Skull crusher, rotary calf, planks, and a supinated 45 bent over row?

Is there a site I can look at that will show me how to properly perform these exercises?

Im creating a new split routine because Ive been doing BFL for the past 4 months and Im ready for something new and challenging.

Ive purchased body building books by Arnold and Hugo Rivera but nothing is either mentioned or pictures available for the above mentioned exercises.

Your help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

Thanks!!!

skull crusher-(aka french press) a lying tricep extension with the bar brought down to the forehead/nose.

rotary calf-a seated straight leg calf press where your toes press against a metal bar that rotates and moves the weight.

planks- hold the top part of a push up position. That is a plank, isometric “core” work for time. There are also side planks.

bent over supinated grip…-it is a row, with the upper body held at a 45 degree angle to the ground. Your grip on the bar is suppinated, meaning palms up/or away from you. It helps keep the elbows close to the body. The bar is then pulled to your body. Any where from the waist to the sternum. Depends on the angle you want to hit.
