I don’t think so, but that hits parallel, or very very close doesn’t it?

Don’t recall anyone asking for your opinion Caltene. How much do YOU squat?
I’m sorry sir, I didn’t realize I needed your permission to post here. I’ll be sure to send you a PM next time so that you may moderate my words first.;)
You are entitled to your own opinion, even if it’s wrong.

So how much ya squat?
Opinions are neither wrong nor right, that’s why they’re called opinions. But I’m glad you finally realize my importance to the powerlifting community here.

Lol I remember this guy now! I had forgotten all about him. This was the dude who wasn’t impressed with Dizenzo’s 405 standing, strict overhead press.

This guy has got to be the ultimate badass.

Also congratulations on your squat miss, although it makes me sad to see you gravitating towards all that lifting gear… But I guess that gives you more people to compete against in addition to raw lifing, so good luck!
“This guy has got to be the ultimate badass.” You have no idea how right you are, but I will spare you the details as I don’t think you’re ready for the truth.

Definitely Agent K

VERY impressive Rheta!! Where do you train out of?

Easy! Awesome squat. Legs are freaking impressive. What gear do you squat in?
I started out in multi ply, did single ply last year, back to multi this year. I am hoping to maybe do a raw meet next year too.

And no one should feel inadequate. I’m 5’2" with short legs even for a short person. I’m practically cheating, lol
I’m gonna take a guess and say with the big, slow sit back and upperbody staying relatively upright that you’re either in a Leviathan or Ace Squat Suit, or you should be.

Real strong! Outdoing a handful of guys I know! Damn!

Yes, depending on Fed. I just thought I’d seen a depth comment that disappeared and was wondering if they were being edited. Must have been hallucinating. And, that was a very strong squat!

Very strong. Would have been even more impressive if she squatted it.

Nice lift! I’m jealous

Rheta, I think that the squat looked easy and considering you had no wraps on I’m impressed.

I’m not going to sugar coat it though. You were at least 2 inches high.

I don’t know what Fed you lift in, but if you can handle that kind of weight with a belt, you could do over 500 in single ply. Maybe close to 600 multi ply with really tight wraps, but you gotta hit at least parallel.

Yeah I know, video, lighting, don’t know shit, etc. I have lifted for over a decade and I am a ref as well, so I think even with all things considered, it was high.

You are one very strong lady, but I don’t think anyone is doing any favours calling it deep.

Am I too late for the depth arguments?

Who called it deep?

Obviously, BB, that squat wouldn’t pass in our federation since the IPF demands that the hip crease be below the top of the knee. The amount of weight handled is incredibly impressive to me. I couldn’t even dream of having that much weight on my back. But in my mind this is why squat numbers are not an apples to apples comparison amongst feds. Having to walk the weight out and go two inches deeper introduces a new set of variables.

I’m no PL judge/vet but no matter, it’s super impressive!

Shit…its like she had hydraulic legs!
