Female Friend, as Low as 500 kcal/Day

Telling someone how to train never convinces them. I’ve had other people ASK me how I work out, and then they STILL don’t follow a single suggestion, they’ll be like, oh, but how can I blend that with swimming 2 hrs/day 4x/wk plus soccer and oh yeah I do “MMA training” too. Best case is she’ll get down to low weight, kinda saggy type build and then she’ll decide for herself what to do to take it to the next level, and whether that’s starving more or actually improving her body, whether she chooses the gains or the pain, she’ll be happy. She’s probably googling source upon source of fitness Internet articles and Instagram hotties as you read this. (It’s one of the best ways to keep your mind occupied when self starving, I know from experience). Just give her time. She’ll come around. Or not. Either way you can’t control it so don’t try.
