Well I actually ended up doing 3 or 4 singles since my camera was on the fritz. Still though, even after one rep it would be pretty nasty since you’re doing it for time.

badass video! for sure work on your squat and pullup form, if you slow down the negatives a bit that should help you a lot

I would be impressed to see the number of people who would even just post vids of themselves doing the challenges with anywhere between the “expected level & game changer level”. No time limit needed. The challenges seem tough enough as they are (imho).
Heck, I would be impressed to see vids with just the pullups. Picture perfect that is. Arms straight, no leg movement, adams apple touch the bar. I can only do 7, so it would not be that fun to watch. It seems like their are a lot of super fit dudes on this site. Show us how it is done.

yes i did see it. I was commenting on his feet…should be stationary. And just because its made out of farm equipment doesnt mean he cant tighten a bench enough so it doesnt ‘wiggle’ ive made plenty of my own implements. Also why bench on something thats not meant for benching then? Seems kinda dangerous if ya ask me, and he asked for crituque. So i gave it to him. Any good lifter will tell you feet should be still and planted on pretty much any lift i can think of.

I viewed it as his feet were moving cause the bench was moving and of course he should keep his feet planted was not saying other wise.
Only he can answer about the hows and whys of his equipment.

Yes, that “bench” is a giant piece of shit. I don’t have a whole lot of time but I’m working on fixing its many problems.
However, my form is also a giant pile of shit. My feet were dancing around probably cause I had basically no leg drive going on. Which is partly because the bench rocks back and forth, and partly cause I suck at benching.
With the kind of weight I’m moving right now it’s not dangerous at all. Anything that I can currently bench, I can easily roll off of myself.
And don’t hate on the hip thrust throw, nate. That’s going in my brazzers audition tape.
