Hey T-people, I’m curious to hear what are your favourite T-Mag articles OR what was the very first article that hooked you into the T-Man mentality. I found my first article back in May 2000, I was searching the net for some articles on chin-ups and how to improve my non-existent chin up strength. I found an article called ‘Back to basics’ written by some guy called Charles Poliquin, after reading that article I was hooked, I started searching the T-Site and could not believe the info available. My favourite motivational piece is ‘Merry Christmas, Bob’ by Chris Shugart, a copy is stuck to my computer and I never get bored of reading it, it’s also funny to watch ‘normal’ people read it, because they always frown and say ‘I don’t get it’ and that makes me a very happy man.

“I Hear Dead People” by chris shugart.
The first t-mag article I found was Cy’s piece on xenoestrogens from a while ago, not the more recent one but the far back one. Shortly after, “Merry Christmas, Bob” ran in the Atomic Dog, and I was hooked. But my favorite article ever was “I hear Dead People”, that’s one bad-ass piece of writing, I actually mentioned it in one of my university applications as some of my favorite reading! I know that sounds dumb, but it’s the truth! As you can tell, I’m looking forward to seeing a few “Gut Check” columns!
“Let go of the rock” by TC. Classic Atomic Dog. “Alligator stew for the soul”, also a really good one.
I love how the massive eating diet article starts out as i quote it all the time when giving advice on training. "Pop quiz from mean old mr berardi…
Both the Ron Harris Atomic dogs are very inspirational. My favs. But what first took me to t-mag training was Ian Kings great guns program.
One of my favorites is “Take A Shot”. And also since I saw it got another nomination it reminded me that “I hear dead people” is also one of my favorites.

Let Go of the Rock (most inspirational) and Don’t Gore the Flounder(best advice)!
“Get Laid the Testosterone Way”. That shit works!
I love the massive eating and the fat fast article. My favourite would be the short topic on the gymnast back routine. Great results from it. In fact I enjoyed most of the short topics.
