These are the worst comedians. Let’s not forget the ever-present ‘fat guy.’ Everyone has their thing, but I can only listen to so many ‘I’m fat/mexican/black/asian/southern/old’ jokes in one sitting.
Dane Cook has become the one man boy-band of comedy. He’s not terrible, and I used to like him, but if I have to hear another 19 year old girl interject that he is ‘SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FUNNNYYYY’ I’m gonna kill the guy myself.[/quote]
seconded. frankly i still think that the man’s earlier stuff was hilarious, but it’s really the constant bleating of his fan base that ticks me off.

Not a favorite but Katt Williams is fuckin funny!
larry the cable guy is not funny to me at all.

I am now a fan of Katt Williams. His cameos on The Boondocks are funny as hell also. I would have to see him do stand up more to rate him along those who are well known, but he definitely has potential and seems to be getting better.

Oops I almost forgot to mention that George Lopez is maybe the lamest, most unfunny comedian ever. Him and Carlos Mencia are beyond terrible, I don’t know how they got television shows and professional careers for that matter.

ok to get george lopez you have to be at least partially in tune with chicano culture and a lot of people end up missing out… but don’t put him in the same category with mencia. mencia is a fool. lopez apparently smacked him up for stealing from his routine.

Rent or buy the Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1, it’s one of the funniest stand-ups I’ve ever seen and it’s become one of my favorites of all time along with Eddie Murphy Raw and Richard Pryor Live.
By the way, I’m pretty much forced to overhear shitty political talk radio at work… So when that assparrot with a female name(Hannity) started playing Obama’s preacher bits, at first I thought “Oh shit, Richard Pryor’s on…”
I can’t stand Dave Chapelle because he says the word “bitch” and everybody in the audience laughs like it is a funny word.
Chris rock sucks because all he talks about is how white people.
Larry the cable guy sucks balls! “Get er done” is not funny at all (in my humble opinion).

See I agree with you about Lopez there. He’s not the funniest guy, but the shit he says about Mexicans is hilarious to me because I’m part Mexican and grew up around so many of ‘em. He’s not all that good, just the visual images I conjure up make listenin’ to him worth it for me. Eddie Griffin’ is a fave of mine, and he is like Murphy a little bit, but Raw and all his other shit doesn’t really set me off. I used to love Comicview but the quality’s fallen off so bad.
Hate Dane Cook. I think he’s so popular because he’s that metro douchebag you can find in any club and giggly 19 y/o white girls are attracted to that. He’s unthreatening, I think that’s why people like him.
