What I think is brilliant about these three guys is that its usually universal humour.
I find it hard to relate to the specifics of a certain socio-economic group living in a certain part of a certain city in a far-off country.

On a side note, I’ve seen alot of folks list Carlos Mencia as not funny or terrible. I personally think he is funny. Am I missing something? I’m just curious as to why some don’t like him.

Ralph Harris is funny as hell live. Like, piss your pants funny. Check him out if you ever get the opportunity. I’ve seen him 3 times now. Really nice guy too. After the show he’ll hang around and take pictures and sign autographs and stuff.

I have - twice! I agree LCS is a joke and I can’t even watch it anymore - didn’t watch the last one with the Jesus guys.
I first saw Ralph by accident (didn’t know who he was) here 3 years ago. He came out talking jibberish for what seemed like about 10 minutes, had me in tears, before finally stopping and saying y’all didn’t think I was gonna do the whole show like that did ya? I almost pissed my pants that night. Good stuff.

Yeah, those guys were hacks. God’s Pottery, ugh. Half the guys that were on last season were total hacks. It’s hard to watch them get all the way to the finals when there were funnier guys that didn’t make it through the first round or two. A buddy of mine actually made it through the first round in season 3.
Anyway, Ralph has some great bits. He’s another one of those guys that I don’t understand why he isn’t more famous. I’ve never met someone that has seem him live and didn’t think he was funny as hell.
