Lots of bbers from back in the 70s/early 80s would qualify. Arnold would probably be my first choice, but after him Zane (around age 31), Mentzer (at either of his Olympias), or Bannout anywhere from 1980-83.
Of the more recent guys, Bob Paris and Thierry Pastel had great lines; Vince Taylor, Shawn Ray and Flex (at his lighter, not-too-roided bodyweight) are all standouts. If you want to talk about natural (or virtually natural) physiques, then I’d pick Don Howorth.
