Seinfeld does have a big nose…hmm…maybe that’s not a bad choice after all.
Bill Romanowski
Frank Zane
Mike Katz
…in no particular order.
irondoc, good call on the Marcus guy. Being able to step from winning the strongman championship onto a bodybuilding stage (if he chose) later that night is pretty damn good.
-
Mike Mann (oh shit, I’m probably inelegible…), okay,
-
Bob Paris is a good choice because of the symetry and muscularity, but not too bulky.
-
Okay, screw the concern about bulky, I’ll take Arnie’s physique circa 1976.
-
And if I decided to stay clean and not get on gear, then Steve Reeves’ physique would be just fine.

Reeves is the man.
Not to rain on anyone’s parade, but im wondering something about reeves.
Did he ever do many big leg lifts?
His upper body seems massively more worked than lower body.
Yeah I know he was “back in the old days” and obviously didnt use many supps (if any), just wondering if that was the philosophy back then or something?

Antiliberal, Reeves website has some basic info on his training.
The following was copied from stevereeves.com.
Steve’s Best Measurements
According to Steve himself, these are his best measurements during his bodybuilding days. These measurements were taken “COLD” - without being pumped before the days workout.
Height: 6’ 1"
Weight: 216
Shoulder Breath: 23 1/2"
Neck: 18 1/2"
Chest: 52"
Waist: 29"
Hips: 38"
Biceps: 18 1/4"
Forearms: 14 3/4"
Wrists: 7 1/4"
Thighs: 26"
Calves: 18 1/4"
Ankles: 9 1/4"

I would have to change my name, but he’s a monster.
Walter Hudson
Scott Steiner, aka “Big Papa Pump”.
Just kidding, although I used to think he was the shit.
I agree with Iron Maiden:
Shonna Mc Carver
Corey Everson
Monica Brant
Those are three bodies I’d love to have. Together or individually, I’m not picky.
Oh, wait…that wasn’t what you meant was it.
Solomon grundy, that goes along with the question I asked.
His leg measurements are rather average, Im just wondering if back then people didnt work legs or was that just something he believed in?
Cant fault his upper body development, very much a natural look and well defined. Waist is quite thin, which also leads me back to the thought of him not doing big squats or deads.
antiliberal,
I read once that Reeves worked towards being symetrical and proportioned. He said the neck, biceps and calves should be the same size, and his were. If you read some of his stuff you’ll find he had pretty strong opinions on what size someone should be based on their height and joint measurements etc…
Sly in Rocky 4.
After reading Hyphnz post, I’m throwing CT in, too. Not so much as an all time favorite, but as a great example for guys about my height. He just has that rock-solid look.

Mike Mentzer… lol.
I was goint to say Mike Mentzer too
Larry Scott maybe
Mark Henry lol just kidding
My self with about 20 more lbs of solid lean usda beef.
- Mark Henry
- Ken Patera
- Alexander Kurlovich
I like me.
Just little ol’ me.
For all you “My body is the greatest” people, the question was asking who else’s would you want besides your own. Elitist bastards. ![]()
Just messing with you.
