Fav frequency for strength

I know there’s no “one” best method in strength or bodybuilding training, but regarding frequency for pure strength (overall, not just the powerlifting lifts), what are your favorite protocols?

Hitting a muscle group every second day (HST style), every forth day (ABBH) or once a week?

Obviously parameters will be adjusted accordingly…

Honestly, these guys don’t make strength gains, they make leaps and bounds.

Big Martin helped move my house the other day, just picked the damn thing up and started walking although halfway to my new lot he insisted on attaching a chain to it and performing various types of dragging, not sure what that was all about as I’ve never looked into WS, but it’s the best if strength is your focus. :slight_smile:

I’d go with Westside. Never could get tired of it since I get to change the whole thing every few weeks.
