So, my kids got me these. Seem like a great set. Should I use them for low reps, high reps, cardio, heavy training? Can they even be used for heavy training? Anyone else use them? I have two dumbbell bars and about 110-120 pound of plates. Any combination of using these two pieces of equipment together?
What bands specifically are we talking about here?
Bands can be used in all sorts of ways…just like cables really. A lot depends on how thick/strong they are, but I would say generally speaking bands are great for: Assisted pull-ups, curls, tri exts, ohps, flys, one handed rows, ham curls, leg exts and face pulls.
