Timbo, I wish I could say thanks for getting my sense of humor, but the overall integrity of this site forces me to ‘fess up. Strictly speaking, the vowels were switched, and grammatically, "voila’ " needs an accent over the “a” to be correct. My absurd love of detail, which serves me so well in the gym and kitchen, now betrays me. Sorry Carla. Pay me no heed. This is what I get for majoring in English.
BT, our experience with MM is exactly the same. MM has an editorial glass ceiling. I'm sure it's intentional -- they probably figure there's a glut of fitness magazines already, and they're aiming at the entry level readers. Still, you'd think greed alone would prompt them to do *some*thing to keep the intermediates from jumping ship.
Pete, I've only got a simple understanding of thermogenics, and this humble thread probably won't support an overview on so familiar a subject. But as you learn your way around the site, you'll find a whole lot of information. Try searching ephedrine, MD6, and even "Ripped Fuel" (a Twinlab product, but you might get some hits). The basic components of most thermogenics are the same. Differences touted are nine-tenths marketing. And remember, search from the home page to get back articles, and search from the forum to read previous posts from readers.
