Just trying to get rid of a few extra pounds and getting a bit more lean…read a lot of stuff on the site about fat loss workout and diet…
I usually train the westside way (upper, lower split) and im in overall good condition playing hockey twice a week…
For those who follow one of those workout, meltdown, afterburn, complexes for fatloss, real fast fat loss,Waterbury 10x3 for fatloss…
Looking for people who got great result, or even no result at all…thanks !![/quote]
Dietwise I’d have to say my personal favorite is T-Dawg 2.0. As for the workouts, the complexes for fat loss works well in conjuntion with a non-linear periodized workout routine, i.e. See Chad Train. Throw in Tabata DB Swings at the end and you’re on your way to some serious fat loss!
i agree with the tabata…only 4 minutes but nothing stop you of doing more…maybe 2 or 3 rounds per day…did that when i was shape…do it on the the bike with good music and enjoy!!
Hey, the concepts are all solid. Mix them and see what works for you. Make sure the diet is on point. I really like the Body Opus diet by Duchaine. Keep it up and you will reach your goals-Kyle

If you want to one up the Body Opus diet check out Lyle McDonald’s book Ultimate Diet 2.0. You can find it on Amazon or on his website bodyrecomposition.com. Good luck!
CT’s Destroying Fat template worked well for me. He really covers all the bases. You can even combine it with Real-Fast Fat Loss, using a couple of those workouts for your lactate-inducing sessions.
